Bagsy is currently operated by Reignark Labs Ltd, registered in England and Wales with company number 16148009. Our registered office is 124–128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom.

Reignark Labs Ltd is the controller responsible for personal data handled through this website and is responsible for the Bagsy email list. For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, email hello@reignarklabs.com.

Browsing the page

We have not added advertising or general website analytics. Images, styles and films are served with the page. The signup form loads software from Kit, which processes technical information to operate the form and may use cookies or similar technologies as described in its privacy notice. The website is hosted using Amazon Web Services and the domain uses Cloudflare DNS. These providers process technical information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP addresses and requests.

The Bagsy email list

The list is for launch updates and marketing emails from Bagsy, including news about the app and its features. Joining is optional, free and separate from any future app account.

Enter your email and tick the consent box to request a confirmation email. Your subscription becomes active after you click the confirmation link.

What we use

Kit receives your email address and maintains your subscription and confirmation status. It may also process technical and email engagement information, such as IP address, opens and link clicks. We rely on your consent to send marketing emails. We use technical information for our legitimate interests in operating and securing the website and managing subscriptions.

Your choice

The consent box starts unticked. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in each email. Withdrawing consent stops future marketing and does not affect processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.

Who handles the list

We use Kit to manage subscriptions and send Bagsy emails. Processing may take place outside the UK, including in the United States. Kit describes its processing and international-transfer safeguards in its privacy notice and data processing addendum.

How long we keep information

We keep your subscription information while you remain subscribed and the list is active. After you unsubscribe, we may retain limited suppression and consent records to respect your choice and handle complaints. Contact us to request deletion or ask about your record.

Your data rights

You may have rights to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your personal data, and to restrict or object to its use. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

The Bagsy app

This notice covers the website and its email list. Information about app accounts, saved items and other app data will be provided before public app registration opens.
